Anne M. Kramer-Speer Anne M. Kramer-Speer, 85, of Emmaus, died April 19, 2009 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Frank E. Speer and the late John H. Kramer. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Bauer. She worked as the Administrative Assistant to the President of DeSales University from 1967 until retiring in 1995. Previously she was a secretary for the former General Electric and also was a model for the former Hesss Department Store. Survivors: Husband; Sons, Brooke A. C. Kramer and wife Nancy of Macungie and John T. Kramer of Rancho Bernardo, CA; Sister, Dorothy Schware of Allentown; 2 Grandchildren.
