Amelia A. Grim, 51, of Center Valley, died Oct. 21, 2018 while battling cancer in Lehigh Valley Hospital.  She was the wife of Michael S. Grim.  Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of Dr. Emelita A. Ayos and the late Dr. Danilo P. Ayos.  She honorably served her country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1986 to 1990.  She was a former member of Global Harvest Fellowship Church, Bayonne, NJ.

Amelia is survived by her husband, Michael S. Grim; Mother, Dr. Emelita A. Ayos; Son, Mark C. Grim of Center Valley; Daughters, Hannah R. Grim and Sarah G. Grim of Center Valley; Brother, Allyson S. Ayos of Center Valley; Sisters, Almyra A. Ayos of New York City, NY and Aileen D. M. Curtis of New York City, NY.  Nieces and Nephews, Karina Martinez, Spencer Curtis, Savannah Curtis, Christian Curtis.

Viewing Sun. Oct. 28, 2018 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus, Pa 18049.  Visitation Mon., Oct. 29, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in  Lehigh Valley Grace Brethren Church, 580 Bridle Path Rd., Bethlehem followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.  Interment with military honors will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
