Alfred E. Bistrais, age 88, of Macungie, passed away on February 13, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown. He was born in Great Neck, NY. He was the loving husband of Jeanne (Calman) Bistrais with whom he shared 66 years of marriage.

Alfred proudly served in the U.S. Army. He worked in the Aerospace Industry for over 50 years. He was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus. He took a special interest in the Aircraft, Railroad and Automotive Industries and enjoyed traveling. One of his fondest memories was being a Cub Scouts Leader.

Alfred is survived by his wife, Jeanne Bistrais; sons, Ron Bistrais and his wife Phyllis, Bob Bistrais and his wife Annette and Brian Bistrais and granddaughter, Jessica.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM in The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 3461 S Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus, PA 18049. Viewing will be held prior from 12:00-1:00 PM in the church. Interment with Military Honors will be held in Resurrection Cemetery on North Krocks Road in Allentown.
